Welcome to City Breeze ("App"), developed by CHUONG DUONG HOMELAND JOINT STOCK COMPANY. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the absolute minimum necessary for the App to function.

No Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, phone number, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.
Locally Stored Data: Data you create within the App (such as saved destinations/cities) is stored locally on your device using the device's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device.
Weather Requests: When you view weather for a location, the App sends the location coordinates to our weather data provider (OpenWeatherMap) to fetch forecast data. No personal identifiers are included.
No Tracking or Analytics: We do not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking services.

2. How We Use Information

Since we do not collect personal data, we have no personal information to use. Data stored locally on your device is used solely to provide the App's core features (e.g., saving and displaying your saved destinations). Weather data is fetched only to display forecasts for the locations you choose to view.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

OpenWeatherMap: Used to fetch weather forecast data. When you view weather for a location, we send latitude and longitude to their API. No personal data is transmitted. You can review their privacy policy at openweathermap.org/privacy.
Google Fonts: Used to display fonts within the App. Font files are loaded from Google's servers when the App is in use. You can review Google's privacy policy here.
shared_preferences: Used to store your saved destinations locally on your device. No data is transmitted to any server.

We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

4. Device Permissions

The App does not request any sensitive device permissions. No access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or storage beyond the App's own local data is required or requested. The App only requires internet access to fetch weather data.

5. Data Security

All data created within the App (saved destinations) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal data over the internet. Weather API requests contain only location coordinates, not personal identifiers.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect any personal data from any user, making it safe for general audiences.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
